Stephen Cerrone joined the Department of Management as an associate professor of professional practice. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. in I/O psychology from the University of Houston. He joins the University of Miami after acting as the chief human resources officer (CHRO) in several companies across multiple industries (e.g., Burger King, JPMorgan, Sara Lee, SunEdison), both in the U.S. and abroad. His experience and interests relate to board and CEO advisory work, organizational culture, human capital strategy, and mentoring CHROs and high-potential HR executives. He is also a Certified Professional Coach and chair of the Compensation Committee at Roosevelt University in Chicago.
