Terri A. Scandura’s fields of interest include leadership, mentorship, and applied research methods. From 2007 to 2012, she served as dean of the graduate school of the University of Miami. Scandura has authored or co-authored over 200 presentations, articles, and book chapters. Her research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Educational and Psychological Measurement, Industrial Relations, Research in Organizational Behavior, Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management, and others.

She has published two books, Essentials of Organizational Behavior: An Evidence-Based Approach and Management Today: Best Practices for the Modern Workplace. She is a fellow of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Southern Management Association, and a member of the Society for Organizational Behavior and the Academy of Management. She is a past associate editor for Group & Organization Management, the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Management, and Organizational Research Methods.
