Complete Your Enrollment
- Sign and complete your Intent to Enroll document (you will receive this via email).
- Wait to receive your Canelink email (should be delivered to your inbox 24-48 hours after signing your ITE.
- If you do not receive your Canelink email, please connect with your Enrollment Specialist.
- If you do not receive your Canelink email, please connect with your Enrollment Specialist.
- Follow the instructions in your Canelink email to create your Canelink account and pay your enrollment deposit.
Before You Begin Classes
You will need to complete the following tasks before you begin classes. Select each task to view instructions.
- Onboard with Student Success
- Schedule a Welcome Call with your student success advisor.
- Submit the 2025-2026 FAFSA if you plan to use Federal Financial Aid. University of Miami’s graduate school code is 001536. More information can be found here.
- Need accommodations? Visit the Office of Disability Services website and submit an accommodation request as soon as possible.
- Activate Your University Email
- Your University email will be provisioned when registration opens. An email with instructions on activating will be sent to your personal email address. Upon activation, please send an email to your SSA.

- Access the Digital Campus
- Activate your Digital Campus account. An email with activation instructions will be sent to your University email inbox three weeks before the term begins.
- Complete Student Success Orientation Course located on your Digital Campus dashboard.
- Register for Courses
- Once registration opens, the University will administratively enroll you into courses.
- Note: There is no action that you need to take to register for classes. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and instructions on moving forward with tuition payment.

- Once registration opens, the University will administratively enroll you into courses.
- Funding/Financial Aid
- Finalize funding and visit Student Accounts for information on available payment methods.
- If you applied for federal financial aid, accept/decline aid by visiting Canelink
- Submit Official Transcripts
- Order your official transcript(s) to be sent directly to the University electronically or via mail.

- Prepare for Your First Term
- Course access opens two weeks prior to term start. At that time, you will be able to review syllabi and course materials.
- Purchase online articles. Articles are listed in the course syllabus and will be accessible during course access.
- Complete Student Success Orientation Course and Technical Training located in the Digital Campus.
- Review and complete Week 1 asynchronous work prior to the first live session.
