Technology Requirements

  • Headset or headphones with speakers and microphone that can be plugged into laptop

Your computer must meet the following minimum hardware and software requirements:

Windows Users:

  • 4GB or more of RAM (8GB RAM is recommended)
  • Windows 7+ supported
  • Google Chrome (recommended for security and compatibility)
  • Additional backup browser: Mozilla Firefox

Mac Users: 

  • 4GB or more of RAM (8GB RAM is recommended)
  • Mac OS 10.11+ supported
  • Google Chrome (recommended for security and compatibility)
  • Additional backup browsers: Mozilla Firefox or Safari

Internet Bandwidth Requirements

  • Hardwired Ethernet connection ability
  • Internet bandwidth speed
    • Minimum download speed: 10 MB/s
    • Minimum upload speed: 5 MB/s
